Returns & Refunds:

Please return to us within 14 calendar days after item received. Return must be shipped via registered air mail to ensure safety.
Refunds
Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase. 5-10 days after receipt of the returned merchandise /complete inspection process. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge and insurance charge. If the item is FREE SHIPPING, we will charge handling fee.
Exchanges
If you purchased a product from SuneMall that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund and simply place a new order for the item you desire. We do not apply a refund credit to your new purchase
Damaged Items
All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us and send a pictures within 3 days. We must be informed of all shipping related claims (see Claim Procedure). We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same part only.
Claim Procedure
According to the Universal Post Regulation, the addressee has prior right to claim for compensation in the event of damage of Ordinary Parcel. Therefore, please contact the local post office with all packing materials and the mail contents of the item for their investigation/ verification in order to complete the DAMAGE REPORT within 5 days. After completed the damage report with local post office, please keep in touch with the local post office for the development of the case. Replaced item will be shipped. 5-10 days after receipt of the damage report from our post office.
Return Shipping
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.
Returning Items
Do not return item before contacting us since we might receive nothing without previous notification. Please contact us through ebay message or email.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed.
